MTV's third annual ICON tribute show celebrates heavy metal gods Metallica.

Pop artist Janet Jackson was selected as MTV's inaugural Icon, in an event held in Los Angeles. The ceremony was attended by several artists singing Janet's songs, cebebrities presenting the special and was finished by Janet singing her hit single "All For You".

A gripping war drama that tells the story of Maria Petrova, in whose fate, as in a mirror, the fate of the country was reflected: the daughter of a priest, who renounced her father and the faith, she serves in the NKVD. On the eve of the battle for Moscow, Maria meets the clairvoyant eldress Matrona, and soon it is Maria who is tasked to deliver to Moscow the miraculous icon of the Mother of God, located behind the front line in the occupied territory...

A former US Operative, who lived in Russia in his earlier years and had been married there with a child, comes out of retirement to face down a former enemy, now running as a candidate for President in modern Russia. Working with a Russian policewoman, they work to uncover a plot to use biological weapons against certain factions of the Russian people to commit genocide. The virus would also be released in other populations, but would be treated making the candidate a hero. A side plot has the agent being reunited with his long lost daughter.

When a surprise pregnancy forces Sam to facedown the realties of adulthood and responsibility, things spiral out of control, as he simultaneously tries to fight to find his own truth: why his dad hasn’t been in his life since one, fading memory.

38-year-old Dmitry organizes a candlelit dinner in his apartment, where he invites a pretty girl Eva. Dmitry gives the impression of a religious person, he is neat, polite, but at the same time, from Eve's behavior it is noticeable how she doubts his serious attitude towards her. Eve gives Dmitry an old Icon, such an unexpected gift shocks Dmitry.

Some Kind of Monster is a 2004 American documentary film featuring the heavy metal band Metallica. It shares its name with a song from Metallica's 2003 album St. Anger. What began as a simple documentary of the making of an album (St. Anger) turned into a much more personal exploration of the band's relationships with each other, and struggles with the creative process.
